Petting Zoo Participation & Liability Release Yes, my child may participate No, my child may not participate As part of Emerald Crossing VBS, we are exploring the possibility of including a petting zoo experience for participants. While this activity is not yet confirmed, we are requesting advance consent in the event it is offered. I acknowledge and agree to the following: - I understand that interaction with animals may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen incidents. -I voluntarily give permission for my child to participate in a petting zoo activity if it is included during VBS. -I agree to release and hold harmless Knobbs Springs Baptist Church, its staff, volunteers, and event coordinators from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in this activity. -I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure safety, including supervision and proper animal handling.
